Over the years, we experimented with products we used at home in our kitchens and on our tables. We often wondered what they would look and taste like if we made them ourselves. What followed were creations that came to fruition through curiosity and just wanting to try things out. We called it "Le Bon Goût," which means "The Good Taste," and made them available in our restaurants. Now they are also available online.
