What began in 2016 with a small team at Café Caron has now grown into a family of more than 100 colleagues. Together, they make a vital contribution to the quality of service, food, ambiance and the experience as a whole. Each staff member is driven by a desire to create an experience that guests will cherish for a long time. We recognize a selfless team spirit in every member of the team, a quality that ensures harmony on the floor.

Talented chefs, sous chefs, chefs de partie, sommeliers, hosts and hostesses have jumped on the bandwagon and are given the freedom and support to develop their unique creativity and sense of their craft. Guided by the vision of Alain, Tom and David, everyone feels equally important and plays an essential role in creating memorable experiences day in and day out.

We pride ourselves on building a team like a family. The lessons and values instilled in Tom & David during their loving upbringing by Alain and Roeltje were passed on to the team when Café Caron first opened its doors. Since then, we have seen these qualities being passed on by the staff and becoming an integral part of the restaurants' culture.
