What once began as a small team has now grown into a close-knit family of more than 150 colleagues at Caron restaurants. Together they make a vital contribution to the quality of service, food, ambiance and overall experience for our guests. We try to share with transfer the knowledge we possess. For example, we, as well as our suppliers and guest chefs, regularly conduct training sessions and workshops.
Because as a family we naturally enjoy going to France, we organize several working visits per year to winemakers where we go out with the team. In this way we try to make our passion for gastronomy contagious. We are therefore enormously proud that many employees have been with us for a long time and will hopefully remain so for a long time to come.
