SUCCEEDED!!! From our restaurants, a select group of 10 trainees have spent the past few months receiving specialized wine training, focused entirely on the world of French wine. Together with trainer Dieuwke from the D-Vine Wine-academy, they tasted and learned about all the regions of France with a program developed especially for us. Of course, the training ended with a tasting and theory exam which, after a repeat for some, was successfully completed by all! Congratulations to all aspiring sommeliers who are definitely going to show off their knowledge at the table.
