Caron trip No. 1

Multiple short trips that allow us to always invite some of our colleagues for a special experience, without interfering with our operation, that is our goal for 2023. Four days of tasting, dining and being together with a small team of colleagues from our restaurants in the Champagne region, contributed greatly to the connection between them. Learning and having fun went hand in hand these days. And everyone got the chance to get to know each other even better.

The experience of getting up close and personal with the vineyard, the chateau and the cellar is an investment in our team that we will definitely see back on the floor. If only because of the memories that have less to do with tasting notes!
